concrete! brick doesnt work well here. most of the land was swamp at one time

I do the concrete demo. good friend of mine owns a concrete company. we sub-contract out to each other

Once you've learned to play with concrete, you can do almost anything, I do that in the winter times, concrete footings, foundation, porches, garage floors etc.

But ya if you have connections, that's even easier lol

well got me a dump trailer today.

found a 7x12 10k bumper pull dump sitting behind a storage shed on an old mans property. trailer needs some work(new bed floor, a lil beefing up of the cross members, tires, lights.

i went and talked the guy and was eager to sell it, even mentioned he had a new peice of steel for the floor, and a light kit, new door hinge.
i offered him $500 and a free cut of his property(mainly a shell parking lot, with weed patches alll over)

He told me $400 and a yard cut and we had a deal!!!!
