How much would you charge someone to spread out about 18 yards of dirt and put about 2 pallets of St. Aug down?

Plus factor in renting a small bobcat, buying 2 pallets of St. Aug.
If you could give me a break down of each. Thanks, just trying to do a lilttle extra on the side with all this hurricane clean up.
