I would keep working on it, logo and name. It needs to have a good sound and be able to catch your eye. I would drop the Kajun and keep the 2 very seperate, this will make it easier to seel either business later on.

Honestly, I think it looks a little cheesy. It looks as if it was made on Word Art for Microsft Word or in paint. As a first draft its fine, but I think it needs a little work.
