a lil debris removal i did for a customer of mine. trasg got pushed up against their fence line from the parish clearing out the field.

a lil cleanup from this morning. the homebuilder who bought the property decided he wants the tree on the side and the big tree in the back cut down.. going back monday with the dump trailer to cut them down and haul off..
and yes this place has been vacant since Hurricane Katrina in 05'..and its in the hood in New Orleans, but the pay is great and the homebuilder has me enough work to last till prolly April.

What does he do with those houses? Is he just using the existing frame for permitting issues? Seems almost easier/ cheaper to demolish the whole thing and throw a new house up.

Lock your **** up! I run a utility body truck so I can keep tools in the hood. Get paid super right on them cuz your employer is gonna get paid super right when he rents that crap out section 8. Looked like an 8 plex so that is like 10 grand a month rent. He is probly getting a huge grant to do the work any way! Good luck.
