Females are called hens or peahens when I hunted in NY. I think the bag limit is still 5 total. Either sex or both are legal.

I love that Case 550 with tracks. I wonder where its headed? Looks pretty specialized. Nice birds too. I hunted pheasent as a teen with my grandfather.

The case was bada$$. I could have spent a week takin pics of all the massive farm equipment. One of my uncles farms around 3000 acres.
