Used Lesco HPS spreader

I'll be looking at a used Lesco HPS spreader soon. What should I look for? Any issues I should be aware of? I've read the cables tend to be problematic with these things?

Before the bashing begins, I ought to mention I just need something to sling fert, no liquid apps.
