Why is Milorganite not considered a true organic. It is cooked down bacteria and human fecal matter correct?

Its all that and much more. think about everything that goes down a drain, drugs, hormones, cleaners, etc. The treatment plant can remove allot of it, but not all.

I think Milorganite gets a different consideration based on all the contaminates it could possibly contain. I like milorganite for lawns because the treatment process chelates some metals that are ordinarily tough for the plant to obtain in our high ph soils.
