Best profit to expense mowing job i ever had.
I'd have to say that a few years back with the city, I mowed 5 small postage stamps in the ghetto for $600 per cut. Took me about 3.5 hrs total with a trimmer guy. Keep in mind there's danger in these slum cuts but that profit margin was sweeeeeeeeet!!!!!!!! Three year contract, too. I liked that one a lot. I've got a lawn that I cut for $40 that takes me 10 minutes, but that ghetto cut has to be my best single money ratio. Now a guy does it for $100 for all...

He did...i'm betting he won't last too long at that price.
$600 per cut put me in hog heaven...$100 per cut won't even get me out of bed! There's a price a man will venture into the worst slums in the city for...and a Benjamin just ain't it. I call it "combat pay". Dealing with druggies, whores, gangbangers, bums and the like...you gotta pay something for a guy to put up with that.

I know where you can get over $100 a cut. However, it is not done with a riding mower or tractor. Your mowing is done with a 10 blade reel mower. The lots are not that big either, but there is usually palm tree trimming, shrub grooming and bed maintenance. You also work 52 weeks out of the year.

All 5 parks equal about 3.5 acres total.
But you've got to consider that they are trash-filled, border crack houses, always have vagrants inside the park boundaries, need edging, trimming, trash removal, and mowing of course. I call 'em "postage stamp" parks but I've had more imminent danger experiences on these cesspools than many of my huge 44 acre parks in similar toilet bowl areas of town. Trust me, you wouldn't want these for $100...$600, yes...$100...no.
