Work Order
Normally my mowing route is outlined on an excel spreadsheet. But I am trying to come up with a "work order" for scheduling maintenance work. Something that can be handed to a crew and they will know what to do. Does anybody use anything like this?

I'm still using lawnpro. it prints up a MOW list, that has all the information of the customer, and what to do.
It's NOT a work order type that you speak of, But more of a list of things to do today.

Our software is designed to give the guys paperless wo's (send them wirelessly to a netbook or tablet), but we do have a print option that will have all the details you need on there, and space to write in times, materials, and notes.
