Lawn care Pricing per 1k sq. ft.

Hey,
Just curious about what everybody else is charging
per 1K.
I noticed Trugreen is advertising $29.99 for the first visit.
I'm sure there is a limit, maybe 5K sq ft? That is just for the first visit
what happens after that?

Just wondering, anybody have any useful input?
