This rain is killing me! I have 4 mulch jobs that were supposed to get done today and tomorrow but I can only really do the one today. I am just putting off going out into the rain to put on my headache rack and go pick up mulch! Maybe in a bit I will be motivated

Yea me too man! I am avoiding cutting grass today might trim some shrubs or something I haven't decided lol. No I will have to check that thread out!

I mow on thursday and friday and I can already tell that it is going to be miserable! My schedule is so tight that a rain day messes me up pretty badly. Also here is the link to the thread http://www.lawnsite.com/showthread.php?t=341182&page=37

Looks good Scott. How does your Snapper do in thick wet grass? We have one like yours at MMC and it's terrible in the thick stuff...blows major clumps.

It really depends on the degree of wetness. Morning dew isn't too bad but when it is super wet and thick it doesnt bag very well and tends to keep a lot in the deck instead of discharging it. I really dont just blow the grass much but when I do if it is wet it sucks. BUT the mower is a tank and I love it other than that!

I agree, I'd like stick a Trivantage, Ultracut, or Velocity deck on one of those Snappers.

This is the only walk behind that I have ever used but I am AVIDLY looking for a second one! I would love to buy an exmark but they are hard to find used in the range I am looking for.

Before Allegheny Lawn and Golf went under, they sold Brickman leased Exmarks. They always had some good deals.
