Rear Tine Tiller?

I am thinking about buying a tiller and just wanted to see what you guys use. I can't say I have ever seen a commercial grade tiller at the power dealers I frequent. With that being said would a craftsman or a troy-built hold up? It will need to be able to handle hard clay soil we have here in the south, as well as small enough to till up annual beds.

I bought this one two yrs ago at Home Depot, $750+tax. Well built and loves to till hard ground. Have yet to have any problems with it.
