Dump Bed Capacity - How To Figure??

How much yard debris will a 16' dump bed with 6' sides hold, in cu. yards? How do you figure it?

with mathmatics.... for volume....length x with x height = volume

length * width * height = volume
16 * 8? * 6 = 768 cu ft

1 cu yd = 27 cu ft so (768 cu ft)/(27) = 28.44 cu yd.

I assumed that the dump trailer was an 8' wide deck over model.
