Should I buy it or should I not?

Just wondering If you guys thought this was a good deal?

Exmark Turf tracer 52inch deck walk behind
no hour meter, due to the fact that it was the model right before they made hour meters on them.
About 9 years old, but only used two years than used as a backup

Starts first pull, hydros sound great.
At full speed it can go 40 MPH.
Comes with bagger and two wheel Velky.

The guy is firm at $1,775

40 MPH?!? Seriously though the price sounds fair. Are the spindles tight, belts good, hoses good, controls sloppy? Fine tooth comb examination of anything used is mandatory.

I might need to change one of the belts, due to it being a little loose but everthing else seems good.

Sure any mower can do 40........on a trailer........falling off a trailer........going off a shear cliff.

If that is not the case stay way you will not use it enough
