Help on determining if good deal!

I don't know much about CUB CADET being all I buy is toro stuff but do some searches like on ebay and see what they are going for. It looks to be in really good condition and comes with a bagger so I would think its not to bad of a deal but like I said I don't know the first thing about CUB CADET. Just giving my opinion.

Knowing that this mower has a Kawasaki engine that's a big plus period. As far as cub cadet I believe that this walk behind would be a great mower for a part time business.

He also told me that there is no hour meter but it has supposedly only been used about 8 times.

One of the local dealers asks $2400 for that model Cub Cadet its MTD which makes countless lawn mowers under different titles..
I think the mower isn't to bad for price, perfect for small areas..
