Bobcat Fastcat Rez vs Badboy ZTR-61

So many ZTR;s and so little time....can some one help me with this decision. I have the option of purchasing a Bob-Cat REZ 2010 demo unit for ~ $4.4k range complete with a 3 year warranty. It has 71 hours on it. It has a 52" deck and seems in good contidion. I'm weghing this against purchasing a 2011ZTR-61 Badboy new for ~4.9k and a 1 yr. warranty. My mowing footprint is approximately 5 acres with many obstacles. I don't have a good feel for the Bob-Cat and their reliability vs. the Bad boy which seems to show up more in the various Forums

You'll need to demo both to get an idea. What you like isn't what I like nor the next guy. Both are fine mowers.
