N-P-K of 14-2-4

Does anyone know what organic fertilizer has the N-P-K of 14-2-4. I am trying to find what it is made of, but that's the only info i have. In addition, it costs about 15 bucks / 50 lb bag. Thanks!

Sounds like it is urea enhanced chicken feathers an such... Lesco had some stuff that kind of sounds like that, but I didn't go into much detail about it... Urea is gimmicky and wasteful to begin with, so I avoid it...
