ZMax Production

I started R2 here spraying liquid pre and 3-way.

I've knocked out 1.5 million square feet in 18 hours running my ZMax, and I'm not running a tight route, either. Those 18 hours aren't machine hours. That's pulled out and pulled back in hours. I've hit 45 accounts covering that 1.5. Lots of travel time in there hitting my perimeter accounts and larger commercial properties. I'd say our ZMax has cut our time by 60% and fatigue by 95%. I've got about 60 hours of use on the machine now, and everything is just second nature, like an extension of your hand. The aux tank and coil hose is a must. It helps hit those hard corners, landscaping cuts, and hills that you wouldn't push a 21 up on. Here in the Ozarks, nothing is flat, but this machine has handled everything I've put it up against and passed with flying colors. It's supremely built and there are very few things that I would change. This machine is a tank and a production hog.

Same with our new Intermediate!! can't imagine growing our company without one now! Our machine holds hills well, it's all in how you approach them!!

Oh I've had one!! It's just that I was previously using a Perma-green on the same properties and got used to how it operated. This one is a little different but not unlike the Wright Standers we used to operate.

welcome to the club of smart lcos, ahahhaha

i too love the max. it is a beast on hills with its wide stance. i did have a OH CHIT moment and slid into a tree the first time or two i attempted a steep incline. never done it again though.

I have the jr 36 that I replaced 2 permagreens with. I have a reg JR on order but I don't think I'm gonna need it! The 36 is soo much fast I would only use the second one on a couple large properties. I was afraid I would feel uncomfortable on the Z after using the PG for years, but I have 45 hrs on it now and its almost second nature.

Pendulum. I have to clean the screens every 300k or so. Well, I might not have to but I like to do it for peace of mind. I haven't noticed a rate decrease but better to be safe than sorry. I also run clean water every other day through everything.
