be patient...the forecast will get better and there will be a great window to get it done. if the forecast calls for heavy rain, wait. you can wait still a few weeks even if you have to, although i'm sure there will be a time sooner you can do it. it's frustrating...but you only have to do it once if you do it right

My experience with dog spots has shown me that, putting down seed in areas that didn't 'take' yet, is something you can do all summer long if need be... Just keep things growing and crabgrass is never a problem either...
