How to determine the value

How can you determine the value of an older truck (late 80's early 90's) if the KBB doesn't list it? Also, how can you verify the mileage on a vehicle?
Specifically, a 90 F350 crew cab dually 2WD, with less than 100,000 miles.
Thanks

Edmunds.com goes back to 90 and NADA.com goes back to 92. Between the 2 you can get a decent value for it
