What is the best way to get a Dingo over curbs?

It climbs a 3" curve, but even with a ramp it sort of crashes over the top like a WWI tank without a suspension. Is there a way to get it over the curbs with less drama? This can be especially dramatic with a heavy attachment sitting on the nose.

P.S.
Is there a good way to get the tracks clean before running on pavement? Even water doesn't seem a good way to clean them, soaking the ground where the Dingo is before the tracks get clean.

How about throwing a couple fert bags against the curb? Plastic is better than paper, I suppose. Canvas better yet. Lime better than fert--in case it breaks. If you could manage to have a slight wedge shape to the bags--better still.

I don't have a Dingo. But I think it needs a place to attach a garden hose, so that with the hose connected it would spray the treads as you moved 6 feet forward and back.

Go at the curb at a 45 degree angle. This prevents the machine from slamming down

I've tried a ramp of stacked 2x8s, 3' over 5' over 7' with some 4' 2x4s on the other side to level it out. It still rocks coming down.

Does going up one side at a time, the 45° angle, really work?

I've used my forks or bucket to sort of "break the fall" before... I know what you're talking about. That SLAM sucks... I don't go over curbs too much. You could build up with some mulch bags or bulk mulch- make a smooth ramp-like transition.

Never tried the 45 degree thing- don't think it would work too well. Do you have a narrow or wide track?

Wide track...TX425. It is not only the slam put it goes into an oscillation, especially with a heavy attachment on the front like the soil cultivator.

We do the 45 degree all the time and works great.

The 45 degree things works perfect on dingos and tracked skid steers, we did that today with our tx425 wide-track carrying a large log on a tree job. Just go very slow and use your body sort of as a counter balance. There is no good way to clean the tracks other than a pressure washer, running it back and forth while some one sprays each track works good. You will get wet for sure!!!

I'll give it a try. I don't have a platform (and having used it a bit don't think I want one). The track dirt problem is when it comes off the lawn on to asphalt. The asphalt love to absorb the dirt being pressed into it.

You dont have a platform because you probably used the Toro brand Platform. If you use the platform that we sell, you would be sold in a second. Give me a shout if you want more info on it
