Not bought one myself. I think it is a Peerless/ Tecumseh transmission usually used for lawnmowers and garden tractors.

Yes I posted where recently.
I also just found another source on the interweb for $650 Grab your numbers and start searching. Pg wants like $1000 for theirs. The only difference is pg includes the $10 pulley. Posted via Mobile Device

The bearing on the right took a crab and it freezes up the right wheel. My son took it hard a couple of times. Bill at PG says I can replace the bearing but the trans has 500 hours and may be rotten.

I went to my local mowing shop and are having them put in a new one at a lot cheaper of a price than what PG priced me. I'll know more here in a few days when they get it back together but from what I understand it won't be as much money as I would of spent going with PG
