shindaiwa 282 trimmer

I got a stud running 282 shindaiwa about 2 years old now! starts easy but when you are running it you have to fool around with the choke ! The longer you run it and the hotter it gets you have to keep raising the choke and stop giving it full trottle. But when you cut it off ! thats it ! wont start untill it cools all the way back down. is this a compreSsion issue? head gasket? did carb a kit that didnt work . It also shock the piss out of you on the coil wire and switch somthimes!
