Thanks, I hope it does! It took longer than I expected. I believe the house sat empty for a while. Grass grew, laid over, more grass grew... Should be dethatched but I don't think they're ready for that. Definitely can't wait for the after pics myself.

All irrigated, all fert'ed. Weather's been pretty decent lately too. Fair amount of rain, a few 70+ degree days.

I can't understand why some of the pictures won't upload. Same camera, same size, same everything. I even tried renaming them to see if that would work.

Yo man...work looks great! I got your message today, I'll give ya a shout back tomorrow. The lady that called you is the mother of one of my new customers. I believe she wants cutting, fert., and possibly more. I hope you get some work out of it. BTW...I have been having the same problem with pics loading lately....it's really annoying.

She does want it all, and then some. Yard needs quite a bit of work, but we'll take care of her.
I don't know what's up with the pics, I gave up for today!
