LOL thanks for the response. I'm really leaning towards going that route. Keep the pics coming. Good luck with the insurance s*it. I really admiring the people that decide to customize stuff for themselves. I'd have to have one made for me.

I'm up at 3 in the mornin on my Labor day weekend and I got on Lawnsite which I haven't done in like forever and I saw your thread about your truck. Dude you did an AWSOME job that is the one thing I wish I could have done to my truck and that is all the work myself. I had the ideas of how I wanted it done but I didn't have the know how or experience to do it like you did again Awesome job!!! I hate to hear that it was in a wreck but it sounds like the suburban that hit you had worse damage then you did.

Have you thought about fillin in the space under the angle iron with like expanded metal that you have on your dovetail so that you can put either like your push mower down there or any other small equipment you may have?

Are you goin to put any tool boxes up?

Or trimmer and or blower racks?

And by the way I am subscribed!!!!

Well I better get some sleep and try to enjoy my last two days off!!!! Hope all is well take it easy buddy oh and by the way I don't have any more pics of my truck when I do I'll for sure upload them

Here is one more reason why I love this setup. I would not have fit in this space with my 'ol f150 and trailer.

You should nickname your truck "THE CAN OPENER"!

I'm not sure what you mean...That all matched up with my truck. The mirror got knocked off with my green angle iron that I use to hold up the rampgate. That is what flattened their fender. If that is what you are talking about.

Ok, I had to review the pics back to pg 13 to see the green angle iron. The paint and dents all make sense now.
Well let that be a testament to your fab skills, well done.

Spotted one of these on gov deals. Looks identical to this one when you first started on it if you're looking at another project!
