Far as I know it was a foreclosed house and it hadn't been mowed all of last year. I ended up cutting it kinda high since it was so thick, crazy man!

Picked up a new mower the other day... well it's lightly used also grabbed a like new 600 Magnum, going to be a good year!

Looks good. When those tires go, get a grippier set. Those ones tend to slide on hills a little too much for what I like. Looks like a super nice machine.

Thanks guys and I'll probably be getting new ones for both machines this year. Seems the ones on my 36 have deeper and better tread so I'll try to find something similar to those. The tires are really the only thing that need to be replaced, he threw in a free deck belt too!
