Please identify this grass

What kind of grass is this. fescue or Bermuda? What would happen if its bermuda and I overseed with fescue?. Ive learned so much from this site, but I'm terrible at grass identification. Thanks

There are very few places in the country where it could be either. Looks like fescue to me, but we don't have bermuda here. Your location would be very helpful.

Looks like some tired KBG with some pine needles or dead fine fescue in it.

It appears to be wide blade fescue with faint opinion on KBG!

It's just the weedy/common version of tall fescue. I see it occasionally in lawns, not uncommon around here.

Only cure is to kill the clumps with round-up and re-seed.
