What a mess

Quick books is the biggest pain in the ass, Everything is a disaster I cant even begin to explain the problems I'm having. Its adding credits to my customers and each transaction is increasing in price, but its not a late fee. It still only prints half of my customers invoices, I have to do the rest.

I don't have time to take a qb class or have the funds for an accountant, I'm ready to toss this computer in the ocean.

And I'm making it worse every time I use it. As far as billing goes I have never been this disorganized.

Ive been using QB pro for years(early DOS days) and I have to say that has been the only problem I have had as well. For some reason I just have trouble handling credits.I had a customer pay for the entire year up front and each time in his register it shows a declining balance but if I try to credit his account I run into problems.mainly i end up causing him to have an extra pmt. which i have to delete.Any thoughts?

After you have entered his payment are you generating an invoice for each cut, monthly service charge or other charge?

Just hire a bookkeeper to straighten you out, it'll take maybe a few hours well worth its weight in gold. Then have the bookkeeper reconcile and input your expenses at the end of each month. I guarantee your losing more money trying to do it yourself and I'm just not talking your time, you can't afford not to hire a bookkeeper. Do you actually have enough time to do your books on top of everything else you do. And then what happens when you have to go to your accountant? Nothings in order and they can't do squat for you.

By the way, the problems your having are really basic, not trying to get you down at all but you'll keep burying yourself without getting proper help.

Are you left clicking on the apply credits button on the bottom right side under the invoice after you have filled out the invoice.
