So far we havnt been able to get in touch I keep forgetting to call back and then you guys are closed. I know something happened to the motor. I took the wheel off and it still is out of balance. Its bad enough that I can't get a sharp edge because the blade just chatters off the wheel. Am I putting it in the box and sending it back? You guys will reimburse for the freight right?

Yes, Erik is our lead engineer, and he informed me of your call. Either of us can help you when you call in again. And as he mentioned we can just get a new unit out to you if the shipping damage is to extensive, based on the items he asked you to check.

There of course will be no freight costs to you because of shipping damage.

I'm not sure to tell you the truth. It doesn't vibrate so bad that it shakes itsself off the counter like it did before but I still think it vibrates. Worse at times and other times it seems to work good. Let me check it over for the stuff eric said tonight before I go any farther.

Hello P.Services,

If the MAG-9000 is simply vibrating I would guess it may just be a problem with the grinding wheel.

Here is a quick way to diagnose if it is anything more than the wheel. Remove the grinding wheel, and then run the MAG-9000, if it is nice and quiet, then we will know the wheel is the culprit. Perhaps in shipment a part of the wheel chipped making an out-of-balance condition. Then we will simply get you a new wheel for the MAG-9000.
