honda 3009 will not turn over

this was my best mower last season. where can i find deck circuit or inter lock that will not let mower crank over. battery good. when i put switch to on position i here click. but when i engage starter nothing happens. thank you Dave

Dave,

I'm familiar with your unit since we are a Honda dealer, But it's probably been close to 14 yrs since I've worked on one.

I'd be looking into/testing all the safety switches, Here's a PDF owners manual with a wire diagram that may help in locating the switches; http://www.hondapowerequipment.com/p...s/31751603.pdf
