Are they in your same state?
If you have proof, which should be easy, I'd take the issue to a local news station. It would make a great news story. In fact, I think a news station in another area would find website piracy to be a great story. Maybe even worth back-to-back nights.

Its not that big of a deal. I just wanted it removed for conscience sake. As I stated before, the issue has been resolved with all three companies.
