2012 update

I haven't posted on here in a while so I figured I'd quickly update LS on what has been up with Central Sealing & Property Care. I have been updating the website slowly and have to finish it up by adding some more info and pictures but if you would like to check it out go to www.centralsealing.com. We have upgraded to 2 zero turn mowers from our 2 belt driven walk behinds which we still have. They are older but have been taken care of pretty well, and for the price i think we got a fair deal. They are a 1998 Exmark Lazer Z 52" 3500 hours with a newer 23hp Kohler Command (a little over 400 hrs on engine) newer tires, all bearings are nice and tight and hydros seem to be really good. The Ferris is 2004(i think) 1000z 52" and has the 23hp Kawi engine. 1950 hours. runs good, good bearings and belts, needs some tires soon. but for $2500...for the pair...not bad. I will add some photos of them and i have a few pics of work to add tonight as well.

Website looks good, and it sounds like you got a good deal on the mowers you'll have to get pics of them up.

a quick pic of the mowers, Will get better ones soon. They are a little dirty, they weren't cleaned before we picked them up.

Mowers look pretty good, and the walkway and landing both look great.
