Blown head gasket

I have a 27h Kohler Command engine model #CV740 that has a blown head gasket. There is oil coming from that area and plus I can hear it blowing air when I turn the mower off. I'm not new to a wrench and beleive I can tackle the job myself, with some guidance. Can some one please walk me thru the steps and any torque specs.

You will have better luck in the repair section! I will post the link at the bottom, but I am curious to how many hours you have on the engine?
