First Skid Steer Purchase need advice

Im looking at an s185 2011 with 3100 hours with low profile bucket and 84" snow plow (bobcat brand)

We will be using it for snow removal and loading mulch at the shop as well as various other uses.

Will come with a cronkite trailer for 26,000 is this a good deal?

Oh yeah comes with cab with heat and air, 2 speed

thank you all

OK, but it still seems high. S185's aren't that hard to find. And that is a fair number of hours.

I wouldn't spend over $14k on that. 3100 hours is a good amount of hours.
