Safety warning

Ladies and gentleman,

Let me give you some advice. Make sure your people (and yourself for that matter) practice safety in the shop. Below you will see a picture of what can happen when something very simple goes wrong. This happened last week and I can finally open my eyes. i am still swollen up like a Macy's Thanksgiving day balloon. This was caused by a piece of equipment I use on a daily basis.

Thank fully all I got was a broken eye socket, stitches, and a lot of swelling and bruising.

Please make sure your equipment is properly secured before attempting to walk away. Even for just a second. That is all it took. My entire face and ears are swollen. It has actually gone down since Tuesday.

I lost my footing and when I reached up to catch myself I reached for the top box of a stacked tool box. It was full of tools and not attached to the one under it. When I grabbed it, it slid off the other box and landed on my face.

Maybe he uses that tool box everyday. I was expecting a totally different answer.

I suspect the wife is beating on him too.
