Grub Prevent

Is it too late to drop Bayer Season Long (Merit) in SW Connecticut?

July is fine--be sure to water it in. Use the correct amount. Follow directions. It prevents grub problems in this coming fall and spring.

Thanks very much for taking time to answer -- I appreciate it. Am hoping for some rain soon. We're on a well, so watering options are limited.

I use Dominion 2L and not Merit anymore since they lost the patent about 1.5 years ago. And D2L is WAY cheaper....

July is the best time for grub control in the NE. As stated above, water it in....time it before rain if you don't have irrigation.
