Saw a landscaper wearing Flip Flops while TRIMMING!

So I was mowing a lawn today and a landscaping crew pulled up to mow the house next door and the guy that was using the trimmer was wearing flip flops! To make it even worse, the trimmer he was using had NO trimmer guard! I would kill my employees if I saw them wearing flip flops while mowing/trimming! I guess he must have been worried about his tan line. Would/have you let your employees wear flip flops while mowing/trimming a yard?

Every time I see a guy wearing flip flops or crocs, I make a point to step on his foot.

You guys who are worried about embarrassing ankle tan are in the wrong line of work,
you should go find yourself a job out of the sun, preferably inside an air conditioned building.

Ha! I've got perma-socks. If I wear sandals, my feet just fry.
