Congrats Florida, Monsoon reason has arrived!

Finally get tons of rain! Rained bout 2 inches in an hour one day this week. Now, if only we could get a HURRICANE, that would be super great! Had a lady call wanting me to haul away some debris later today, asked if I worked around the rain, I said, nope, I luv working in the rain

A cool 82 degrees currently, suppose to drop to a freezing 78 tonight-yea.

Shot a squirrel in my pecan tree today-double yea!

Yeah huge tall pecan tree. He was sitting on the fence next to the tree eating a pecan left over from last year. I pellet shot scared him up to the top, then backed off a ways, shot into the treetop a few times to scare him down & then shot him in the side. My cat was waiting for him to fall, then caught him in a jaw neck squeeze & choked him to death. The cat eats the head first. Yuck! Squirrel head cheese anyone? I harvest my pecans every yr, hence why I shoot every tree rat I see!

Best tree squirrel dog out there, eats every bit of the squirrel except for the tail:

I love this rain and have not needed to run my sprinklers. The grass is growing like crazy. It is taking me longer to cut the yards now. Before I could get away with less string trimming(not no more) Not only is the grass growing but the shubs are too. Some shrubs seem to grow overnight. And the crab grass is loving this rain. I hate cutting crab grass. It is tough to cut and clogs my deck (especially when wet). I am making sure the blades are sharp so I can get thru all this tall grass.
