I don't think there is an answer to your question. You will have to build your setup with the ability to add and remove sprinklers from the line depending on available water. And I would use a battery controller with a solenoid valve, it will give you more programing options. although I have never seen a friction loss chart for a hose bib timer I am sure a solenoid valve has
Less loss.
