I see what you are saying and you may well be right but we are talking 200 buildings worth of property in just 8 hours? I guess the rest has to be mostly parking lot!

Its a lot of parking lot...the largest one has more bushes and straw than it does grass...and 3 of them are next door and csn be done inone 10 hour day or less...and we can.split up to cut the smaller ones as well...we cut the two I.have now in 7 hours with a six man crew

150 an hour is too low for 8 men , also thats a big bid i would make sure you get a installment of payment up front , ive been burned before with large accounts like that.
