Pump Whine

Ok, I was cutting yesterday and got a little close to a culvert and slid in. After assessing the damage I replaced a caster yoke. I now have a whine in the left pump (Im guessing) and sluggish response when all the way in the forward position. At slower speeds there does not appear to be anything wrong. (No whine or sluggish) Only when the arm is pushed all the way forward.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Is there some adjustments that can be made or is this the sign of a dreaded pump or motor replacement?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
