That preen is meant to be put down in the spring time as a pre-emergent. Using it now is just an exercise in futility. Roundup will work, but just keep at it until this next early spring or so and put it down heavily and apply heavily then. Hope that helps

Get licensed and step up to some snapshot instead of preen. Way better results.

Even with any good pre-em, it will still take a couple of seasons of control to achieve control.

Once a week on the spraying should be way more than effective. Sounds like some bad applications going on.

Thanks for the input man... I talked to my Agrium rep today and that's what he recommend. Snapshot it is!

Weeds will never stop growing after you pull them. It's a weekly battle. I use round up... I pour so many ounces into my backpack sprayer for however many gallons of water I use. The clients that want this done, I spray every week, sometimes every other depending on bad it is.

Sounds like a perennial, so preen won't help, if that's the case... is it feasible to dab RU at full strength on each individual cut stem???

Just curious what percentage of gly are you using in your sprayer?
