What is the best option for replacing a Kawasaki FH601v-cs06 shaft 1" x 80mm?

Would like to stay with Kawasaki but maybe a bump up in HP? please provide model #

does a fh kai 580 or a fh680-xxx have the same bolt pattern as the fh601v.

is the fhkai 580 not commercial.

I believe you will find the mounting bolt patterns to be the same.

I'm far from an authority on the Kaw KAI line. I seem to recall reading something about an improved oil pump to improve oil flow to the upper journal. What else may be involved, I'm not aware of. Someone more informed more than I will surely chime in.

Definitely the cannister filter....will probably double the life of the engine.

found a fh580v kai for 1300.00 with hd canister. fh680v 1500.00 no canister how are the kai engines? any good?
