Technically It is a very " similar product" but in my case, I would also buy "piece of mind" and go with the brand name. Some chemicals like glypho or 2, 4 D are sold generically at a larger scale since the demand is sometimes greater, and for that reason I would probably go for brand name since killing crabgrass is more complex than just killing any other weeds..

Still a little puzzled by the Drive's efficacy @ 5 days. Some plants are completely smoked (90%). Some, not so much.
