There is a little over 2 archers Two building one is 2500 sqft and the other is around 7500 sqft. Planning on having a material yard and sanding sand and salt in the winter time pretty pumped at this point!

Well the building is right on rt 69 its the main road through Wolcott. It use to be a old tire shop and is in need in some good fixing up. One building is 7500 square feet the other is 2500 sqft. The place is pretty big with over 2 arches of land. We payed low 200s for it in current condition but the property in Its hay day was worth over 650k! So one day hopefully it will be worth some nice coin after the re model and paving. I'll try to get over there and take some pics we already started to demo some useless walls and such to make room for an office and other things.

Yup we now own that van LOL. Yeah that would be the building I live literally 1 minute from there it's an ideal location. Hopefully help the business out with sand and salt and mulch sales. But we shall see. Deff stop by if you ever see us there. I should start cleaning up the lot next week. It needs a good amount of work but it will be worth it in the long run.
