Any other pricing info would be helpful - per job - per hour? Help!

You can estimate a new job pretty well by looking at it and seeing how long it would take to do it... I agree that mowing/vacuuming pine needles into bags is cost effective over the course of 3 weeks so - how long would it take to mow with bag?

My favorite however is blowing deciduious with perhaps light pine needles and we can make a fairly accurate time estimate on that too...

The reason hourly rate is suspect for new clients, is that many people slow way down in the tedium of cleanup... If it is with rakes, then you are out of luck... I'll pick up a rake for a bit here and there, but rakes are not cost effective at any price... and they leave so much debris behind, especially acorns...
