blower issue

the other day my backpack blower started hard and ran but then the revs stated going down and bogging out, it got to the point of me having it running on half throttle and half choke. I noticed the primer bulb had a rip in it. could this be letting in too much air and leaning it out on me?

yes get a new one they take about 1 min to replace if you have a normal one
