Texas Heat
Temps have been over 100 for going on 60 days. What should I be doing for weeds in lawns mainly "spurge". With it being so hot and dry I am afraid to spray herbicides. What do you guys recommend that I do. Should I wait until fall and treat or take my chances now?
Thanks Wayne |

Any other time I would have said go ahead and spray but not this year. I skipped my mid July round and I am holding off on this round till the weather breaks. I know Bermuda loves the heat so every other year it has been all systems go, but no one has seen a year like this one because it has never happened since they started keeping records in 1895. I do not know wheather I am right or wrong for holding off but I am holding off anyway.
