Just explaining the whole recall and numbers and address to file a claim I didn't use the stuff. But I thought it was nice to have a proactive company trying to protect them and me. Maybe it was just me.

Yes it is nice when a company is proactive. That doesn't happen very often, even though it is just a insurance co. covering their a$$.

Any of the guys with Imprelis damage could turn a claim into their GL ins co. right now and get a payout. The bad thing with that is, that claim will come back to haunt you come renewal time when they jack your rates.
