Nelson EZ Pro Jr Problem / Question

I have a customer with the above clock.

Twice now she has called with with a zone running continiously and turning off the clock does not stop it but unplugging the clock does stop it.

Just to be sure, I have looked at the clock twice and I can not find anything wrong with the programming. I have not been there while it is running and I cannot get it to do it when I am there.

But, since unplugging the clock stops the zone from running, doesn't this have to be a clock problem?

Thanks !!!!

sounds like something is causing one of the shift registers in the output circuitry to hang..... given that it's a fairly cheap controller I'd just tell the client that they are better off replacing it.

Man that shift register in the output circuitry was always a biatch to deal with. I always replaced the controllers that did that one to me.
